In general, service is good. Staff are moderately helpful and careful not to give you wrong instructions or false expectations. You have to go to bank for paying fees which is around 10 minutes walking distance. Most paper work take less than one day if you arrive in the morning. If you are coming from far away, it is better to give them a call to have you required paper ready. Keep your expectations low but stay positive.

Loved every second I spent there half awake, loved how one guy didnt have any money to pay so he started yelling at the staff member trying to pretend he's in the right to just get his papers done for free, all of that lasted only 15 mins, 7 of which were the minutes it took for my papers to get done so overall 5 stars for quick and efficient service.

Usually they are slow and not understanding, but today they are showing the opposite; way more understanding and finished within 10 minutes. But still 15 is too much for a stamp!
