Appreciate the appointment system, hope it continues. Staff were very professional, helpful and respectful. Despite having some issues with one of my papers, they went out of their way to resolve my problem without turning it into a big deal. As a non-Dari speaker, I found it very useful that many of the staff had a good grasp of Turkish language. Also, limited number of appointments per day meant there were no crowds and so, everything was organized. My only suggestion would be for them to consider urging their staff to learn basic Pashto and to plaster clear instructions and signs on where to get the queue number or have a staff member show newly arrived visitors where to head. I waited for about 20 mins before one of the visitors told me I had to step inside to get a number. I didn't know. Thank you for your efforts and for not disappointing.

I found Afghanistan consulate General and all employees and authorities very polite and professional
Shame on Zekria Barakzai that using expensive vehicles(Mercedes-Benz) which costs 70,000 USD. This place is more like a jungle than a consulate.

Place was nice but hospitality was very very bad I'm afghan cizitizen i needed some paper work from here they didn't done.....such a shame of being afghan cizitizen...
