To anyone who’s planning on visiting an Eye Health Centre from overseas I’d highly recommend Veni Vidi’s Eye Health Centre in Caddebostan as the #1 go to in Turkey. From the moment you step foot into their Eye Health Centre, you’re greeted very warmly despite where you’re visiting from (they’re multilingual - really comforting) as opposed to other venues in Istanbul who aren’t as welcoming. Personally, I had a great experience throughout the pre to post surgery process thanks to all the helpful assistants, and of course the enthusiastic, Op. Dr. Özer Kavalcioğlu who genuinely cares about your wellbeing 24/7 regardless of whether you’re calling him the next day after your surgery or 8 months down the road for a medical report. Very big thank you Doctor if you’re reading this. Also, big thank you to Melis, she’s been very helpful recently as we enquired from overseas a few times. Definitely a world class service. 100% recommend Dr Sultan Kaya, she is amazing. I am free from glasses and couldn’t be happier. My point of contact was Anastasia, she organized and translated everything and arranged my transport/hotel/appointments. Amazing service, I am a very satisfied client :-)

Cheap but it came with its issues. - Waited 4 hours since the appointment was booked to eventually then have the surgery - My eye sight was improved but not back to full vision despite being told everything was fine - I was told to buy even more eye drops which just deals with dry eyes. The laser surger was the issue - even my opticians said they did not do enough - they have not accepted my request for a refund. I would avoid them! They may have better surgeries across istanbul but they were bad in this hospital.

I highly recommend doctor Dr. Ertan Sunay , he is so great professional and caring doctor understand what his patient wants and listen to their needs and questions carefully ,he made my mother laser surgery and the results was amazing. Thank you so much doctor for your professionalism job.
