I wanted to deal with this doctor because of his great reputation. However his receptionist on what's app decided to ignore me and block access to this doctor. This receptionist on what's app wanted original pictures which I provided. After much argument about providing original pictures which I did, this receptionist on what's app then ignored my messages on what's app. He/she took business away from this doctor because he/she was arguing with me and fighting with me - a patient who was coming all the way from Canada. Can you just imagine how they will treat you after surgery if they're acting like this now? Doctor, please get in touch with me if you're able to read this directly. Your receptionist on what's app will cost you business by acting in a rude and unprofessional manner.

I am a plastic surgeon. Since I have no chance to operate myself :), I preferred Dr.Surmeli. I have many plastic surgeon friends, however, there are certain reasons that I went on with him. The main reason was his vast amount of experience, medical knowledge, and his caring and responsible attitude towards his patients. And, I wasn’t wrong with my decision. I’ve had flawless surgery. I stayed two nights in the hospital and then discharged. Lymphatic drainage massages during the control visits were also very helpful. On the tenth day after the surgery, I was back at work, operating my rhinoplasty patients. Although I had mild pain from time to time, I wasn’t expecting to return back to work within such a short time after my operation. I am in the early stages of my recovery and being a patient has added up extra experience that is useful for my own practice. I’d like to express my gratitude to Dr.Surmeli for his spectacular work and care.

I had a rhinoplasty, my experience with dr. surmeli was just amazing. When I had my first visit he was super informative and explained everything step by step, so I felt super comfortable with him and his staff because they were all super helpful. Again on surgery day they made me feel super calm. I'm writing this 3 weeks post operation and the result is beyond my expectations. super natural and it suits my face so much. I really appreciate that Dr. Mehmet Surmeli is super realistic, I was so prepared for everything that will happen post operation and for my nose result, because he talked through everything in a super realistic way during the previous consultation. Top notch!!!! From my first contact via WhatsApp, to my arrival , to my surgery, and post surgery....All I can say is WOW!!! August 14th I had my first consultation with Dr Surmeli who made me feel extremely at ease with all the available options and thorough explanations and who obviously spoke a very good English, just like many other staff members at the hospital. So I decided to go with a vaser liposuction and fat injection to the butt area . Because of the pandemic , I went alone on that trip(( all the way from Orlando Florida to Istanbul turkey )) and was a bit anxious about that , but I was amazed how I was so well taken care off the whole stay at the hospital and even afterwards, never felt that I was alone in a foreign country , right after the surgery I was placed in a single room with an amazing view , cleanliness of the hospital was impeccable and my nurse “Jamila “ was checking on me every 2 hours to check my blood pressure , my temperature, gave me antibiotics and change my pads when needed. While I was still at the hospital I was very happy with the results , and now that I m 4 weeks post op , I can see less swelling and feel more changes on my body and waist line , I m so thrilled and can’t be happier , having my surgery with Dr Surmeli is the best thing that happened to me in this memorable year of 2020. Again , I cannot say enough good things about Dr Surmeli and the staff. Everyone there is so kind , honest & professional and Dr Surmeli is such an amazing doctor. He takes his time, genuinely cares and his work is absolutely phenomenal !!!!!!!!

I came across Clinic Plast, Dr. Mehmet Surmeli when searching for cosmetic surgery overseas, coz of the incompetence or probably unqualified/inexperienced surgeons I met before. (Have had different procedures by different surgeons still got botched every time and they weren’t willing doing something about the unsuccessful procedures they performed on you). Ahead of planned procedures at clinic plast I got all information about it; pros/cons, terms conditions, prices (Liposuction, BA, fat transplantation) all of that info before booking my tickets. I found it very straightforward and convenient taking part of the most important information before undergoing another surgery had the chance to think twice. Anyways when I finally met Dr. Surmeli, I got a very good first impressions during the consultation. He was really interested in what I wanted and frankly explained for me what was possible or not. Dr Surmeli was very detailed examined carefully. After the procedure was over, the clinic team took good care of me Dr. Surmeli is very passionated about his work as a surgeon, he loves what he is doing. He could have done very good money on me coz he fixed some botched work from others also and could even have recommended other procedures. Guess what; he literally didn’t and above all of that he advised me not to and shouldn’t. Whoever reads this and considering undergoing cosmetic surgery when consulting plz just be alert and have your suspicions when a Doc tells u how many surgeries hen performed and u will end up look perfect Today I am very happy for the results I got. Thank you Dr. Mehmet Surmeli for making me more beautiful. You are really a great surgeon, very happy that I finally met a good surgeon.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Mehmet Surmeli. I had upper blepharoplasty, neck and lower face lift 2 weeks ago and I am so happy about the result so far. My case was not easy as I had an old filler that causes lumps in my cheeks that have to be surgically removed. The information given to me was very thorough and fully explained, and I always felt confident with my decision to use this practice Dr. Surmeli and his entire staff are kind, compassionate, professional and incredibly skilled. Traveled to Istanbul from united states to have my surgery was not an easy decision but I really appreciate the wonderful care that I received. The nurses and staff in the office are amazingly efficient and responsive. At no time did I feel uncomfortable, pressured or insecure during the whole process.While I am still healing, I am very pleased with the results.
