Helping the members in their personal development through the projects has been another important goal. With the members from diverse majors the projects have appealed to a large group of people. The projects of IEEE METU, whose one of main principles is systematic growth, have received wide national media coverage. Thus, it shows the diverse atmosphere and how successful the members are. As a socially responsible student organization, after organizing many successful national and international events, IEEE METU has earned a highly respected place among student organizations in Turkey.
