Honestly speaking, this school is a market.. they have absolutely no idea what it is that they are doing. No academic director, no plan, nothing! You are not supposed to be running.. you should remember that you are building a future for the children, at least, that is what you are supposed to be doing. Advice to the owners: get a new academic director with a clear vision! Your school is a bee hive! A lot of buzzing happening. Wishing you all the best
