WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! I tried to contact this place on Messenger a couple of times just to know whether they are currently open or not as I am vacationing in Istanbul and want to make a reservation but NO RESPONSE. The messages were shown as viewed but no body bothered to say yes/no. I don’t think this takes effort. Very unhappy by their services. I know that Turks are mostly RUDE but not when it comes to business. Get it together people! Samuel

If in ISTANBUL - Must Visit ! I have been here so many times, and love coming back. The atmosphere here is incredible. One thing I love about SuperFabric is the customer service. Even if you don't have a table, I feel that I was treated with respect while there. Just being in the night club arouses. The music and lighting are unbelievable. An experience that will be remembered for many years. It is amazing to be part of the experience and impossible not to dance. The service is outstanding. Dance until you are unable to move your feet. Be surrounded by the unique experience that penetrates every corner of this night club.
I had been here for tonight. It was the worst. The club area is not well designed for dancing and the tables, show area etc. sucks. The music was contuniously changing just when you adapt your rythym to the song. A security guard has even warned me for 'not to stay here' for a random area. There is no reasonable explanation for this except I dance awful(?) If they told that I wouldn't go in anyways, haha. Jokes aside, I immediately left whole club where I wasn't welcome(!). We deserve much better, guys. More honest and more respectful places for our community.

Don't waste your time with this place..it's a rip off!! They overcharge you for everything. I feel like I was overharged getting in by paying 60 TRY, but since this place was recommended, I figured I'd pay and just check it out.... INSTANT REGRET!! I got a drink for 40 TRY and when I went back for a second a few minutes later, the price magically jumped to 45 TRY... Then they debated for 5 minutes while I just waited there before honoring the original price, but said I'd have to pay the higher price going forward, which wasn't a problem since by then, I was intent on not spending another dime in this place.... They pick a "table" for you, and for me, that meant tucked against the back wall. Out of sight out mind, I guess... and you can't really dance anywhere since they have tables all over where the dance floor should be... It's my last night in Istanbul, so I figured I'd go out with a bang, but I ended up in this bomb... The popcorn was great though... Hahahaha
We came expecting a club and a place in which to dance and have fun. Instead we were given a tiny table next to a wall. There was no dance floor and the moment we tried to move around to get to know other guys we were told to go back to the table. The atmosphere felt ice cold, the staff was unfriendly and the drinks were overpriced. DO NOT GO THERE.
WARNING: Worst club you wish to visit on a vacation! Don’t waste your time and money. The place is just horrible crammed with tables all over where you can’t have a space to step a foot forward or backward. Unnecessary attitude from the staff and super expensive drinks, even more expensive than our drinks in the USA . Nope, never again! Oh and yes I kept being harassed by the waiters to buy drinks and add on this a guy sitting at the bathroom door asks you to put your drink down and pay him money to let you in.. RIDICULOUS! My American fellas, avoid this place
The worst place i had seen , the moment you arrive the waiters and staff cant wait for you to leave , you cant dance , you just have to stand next to a table and they will harass you to keep buying drinks with 0 regards to the ambiance, they are constantly bumping into you and adding hidden charges. The music was horrible and so was the ambiance, you pay entry even on a sunday and the drinks are super expensive. Only go if you have 200 to burn and not have fun at all
