Terrible customer service! Waiting for a base for the bed for over 6 weeks now. Two weeks past the scheduled delivery date and no confirmation yet of when it will be delivered! For one item, the store clerk entered in the wrong colour on my order even though I specifically pointed to the white one in the store and so the wrong item was delivered and they have not changed it to the correct colour after waiting 10 days. The store says call the help line, the help line says call the store. You will wait so long for your furniture, you will wish you bought it elsewhere. I'm not sure they will even deliver one of the items now, but they haven't offered a refund. Think twice before buying here unless you take it with you from the store!

2years ago I bought the Thermo Rest bed from Yatas and since I was pleased with it I bought a second one last month. While the bed that arrived looks the same it is extremely hard, like sleeping on the floor, in fact and has left my back bruised and sore. Yatas take no responsibility for the fact that they have changed the firmness of their beds without changing product name or informing customers! Disgusting and against customer rights and fair sales practices.

Teslimat süreleri geçti. Hala erteleniyor. Tavsiye etmiyorum. Özellikle Satın alırken sordum. Asla böyle bir şeyin yaşanmayacağını söylediler. 1,5 ay sonrasına verdiler tarihi. Yine de kabul ettik. 1,5 ay geçmiş. Daha üretimden çıkmamış ürün. Ürün yok yani. Küçük firmalardan alışveriş yapıp bu durumla karşılaşmamak için Enza’dan almıştık. Cevahir gibi bir AVM deki mağazada benzer sorunu yaşadık. Ona göre planlama yapıyoruz biz de. Tavsiye etmiyorum. Google haritalarda 1 yıldız verdiğim ilk yer oldunuz. Tebrikler.
Super bir magaza. Personel çok alakalı ve yardımcı oldu. Boş çıkmadık tabi.
