As a result of the ‘Contract Release Tender' held by BOTAŞ on November 2005; for the transfer of 4bcm Gazprom Export contract dated 182.1998 to new importers; in accordance with the provisions of Natural Gas Market Law 4646 Temporary Article 2; Enerco is awarded for 2,5 bcm/year of gas contract. Enerco signed the natural gas purchase and sales contract with Gazprom Export on September 2007 and by the Import License granted by EMRA on 31.12.2008 and by finalization of contract release process on 173.2009 Enerco is awarded to import and wholesale 2,5 bcm natural gas (approximately 26,6 kWh) annually until 2022.
