Simply the best bicycle shop around Kayseri. Well equipped place with kind staff, who know their job. In March 2020, this shop, flawlessly, helped us to pack our bicycles for a flight back home. We managed to communicate in English, which I think is a huge benefit! Thank you guys and see you next time!

After more than 12,000 km of riding since the start of my trip, my bike was in need of much maintenance (new rear wheel rim, new external tyres, cleaning,...). I was really fortunate to find Zirve Bisiklet in Kayseri on my way to Eastern Turkey, as basically it is the last bike shop I can rely on for the next thousands of km. Big shout out to Ali for his professional expertise and the 5-star service. My steel donkey is in the best condition once again and ready to roll for many more miles to come. Thanks Ali!

Very well stocked bike shop with friendly and helpful staff. Lots of parts you wouldn’t find in smaller shops like Schwalbe Marathon tyres, inner tubes of all sizes and any other spares a long distance cyclist could ever need.
We are bikepackers from Germany riding from Berlin around the world. Here at Zirve Bisiklet we got incredible help from the mechanics, after a day riding through the hot sun they brought us drinks and quickly repaired a rear wheel and set up our disc brakes! We also bought some gloves for a good price. Super nice, professional guys!
Great service and repair from Ali. Experienced mechanic and cheap. His friend is on warm showers so great to meet everyone. Did a great repair on my surly troll. If Ali doesn't have a part for your bike he can order and get next day. He has a friend who speaks English and can translate. Top man.
Ali is a complete superstar who goes above and beyond to get you in shape, not just fixing our bikes, but even taking one of our group to hospital to visit a physiotherapist! He replaced the rear derailleur and chain on my bike for good value and did an excellent job. The replacements were the same Shimano parts as I had before. We haven't seen Shimano or top quality parts in many other bike shops in Turkey. He also helped us with bike fitting, advice on how best to cycle to avoid injury, and many other things. There is an amazing community around his bikeshop, with many cyclists choosing to hang out there in the evening. They welcomed us to join them and share their food.
