Everything was perfect. Wish there were more sauces however. Ketchup or a similar tomato based sauce is a must. Been here twice and will definitely come back.

burgers and fries are tasty. Unfortunately the service in the restaurant is really poor. It took the waiters half an hour to realize that they forgot our order. At least the fries and drinks were on the house.

I'll start with the fries they served before the burger. It was one of the best I tested, I almost forgot the burger. The burger I ate was the Mexican, supposed to be very hot but it was not, just a tad hot spicy. The meat was phenomenal, buns were OK. The location is pretty close to a street called Barlar Sokağı (The Street of Bars) which is known gor its intellectual touch and authenticity. The prices were very much reasonable, I paid 10 for a double burger, plus fries and a soft drink.

One of the best burger that you may eat in your life. They have 140gr and 280gr choices. The one on the front in picture is 240 and the other at the back is 140gr. We tried mushroom burger and potato with cheddar. Both were Extremely delicious.

Let me start off by saying that burgers in Turkey are terrible. The meat is off, the ratio is wrong, the seasoning is non existent. However, Zapata gets everything right and surpassed any expectations I would have of a burger in America. The buns are high quality, soft, and the perfect size. The cheese is done perfectly. And the patty is perfect, easily the best part. Not overdone, flavorful, juicy. You can tell that the recipe they use was devised by a burger enthusiast, and who knew what separates a good burger from a great one. This was one of the great ones. While the bacon on the bacon burger better resembles Canadian Bacon instead of a conventional bacon strip, I still found it to be a wonderful addition despite my skepticism. Sauce it up with the honey mustard, if you decide to follow my heavy recommendation here.

We were craving for good burgers in Istanbul when we came accross this burger restaurant. From the buns to the sauces and the fries, it is delicious !! Fresh ingredients, well executed. Sooo good !

By recommendations of locals, I returned to the next door of the outstanding Basta... ordered the house special burger and it was GREAT! For the local market it’s a bit on the expensive side. For me as a visitor- outstanding price! Burger and soft drink for about 4. Service friendly, place clean. No alcohol, no toilets
