They are very professional and possessing clean studio including Etiler. They spend a lot of time and attention to disinfected studio and all its objects after sessions. Their anti-pandemic protection precautions are very intense. New owner of YogaSala made extraordinary new architecture for Etiler and Nisantasi, hence since I have been attending YogaSala last decades, I can see improvement and embellishment which is awe. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all YogaSala team and new owners generosity, creativity and such adoration to such Yoga history and its benefits. Great Place Good Energy Diversity of Classes
This was where I had my first introduction to yoga back in 2011 and got me hooked to Ashtanga Yoga. It is a space of learning and breathing and my two years living in Istanbul was made all the more beautiful with most of my days spent here with lovely like minded people. The wealth of workshops organised here opened my eyes to the world beyond and within. Precious practice and Satsang opportunities with all the lovely teachers based there, and visiting teachers like Hamish Hendry and Richard Freeman are still strongly etched in my mind and guide my practice till today. I would love to come back and pay a visit and homage to this wonderful sala.
Visited their Nişantaşı location situated on the six floor of an apartment building. They offer a nice variety of classes by very competent and friendly teachers .Admin staff very helpful and friendly. If you are into Mysore style try to attend Canan Õzalp's classes(?) , amazing teacher..
