I was a customer of this company, I strongly advise people not to use this company, they have stolen 3,600 usd from me which I have tried to get back since 2017. One of the items i ordered from them was Residential door handles 400 of them, but they sent a cheap window handle instead and told me to use the window handle on my casement doors because it was Thailand, it wouldn't be a problem. I also ordered 50 hook locks that were not placed into the order plus they sent sliding locks (handle locking) instead of the more expensive key locking ones that I was charged for. Its hard to believe that a company of this size would conduct business in this way, it maybe down to just bad management but what ever it is, you should not order from them because if they send the wrong goods to you, they will not correct it or refund back to you the difference. Take a look at the amount of reviews they have which have not been written by customers but instead, local guides. I've just read a customers review who has said basically the same as I'm saying. I'm not a troll and I would never go out of my way to place a bad review about a company. If they finally do sort this out, then I will remove this review. I don't understand the way they think because my company would have been a customer for years. I suppose if your taking 3600.00 USD from 10 or more new customers a year, it all adds up or its a ploy to make you have to order again because they admitted responsibility for some of the missing items and said they would look at it when I placed my next order which Im not prepared to do because either way, its not the way to conduct business. So if your reading this, they still haven't sent me the goods I've paid them for and Im still trying to get them.
