We have expressways, mobile phones, high speed trains, jets, fast cars but even with all these we cannot keep up with life. We need to be bigger and faster. We wake up earlier to get to work and we return home beat later and later. Our credit card bills and debts keeps piling up with the same speed. We spend less time with our loved ones or doing things we love. We do not have time to care for the disadvantaged people, listen to other's ideas, producing or doing something good for our community. We have a feeling that something spectacular is happening at the moment and we miss it. That spectacular thing is life itself! We spend not only our money but also our time, life and the planet Earth trying to keep up with the frantic pace of life. We believe that another life, a slow life is possible. That's why we established Association for Supporting Slow Living in 2011. We believe we must try to make life better for all of us.
