My oxymeter, a VRN-501 broke down. We have send it back for repair under guarantee. After a while we called them to ask when they would send it back, as a patient I need the oxymeter everyday. They told us it could not be repaired, they would send me a new one. But not the VRN-501, it was not in stock and they didn't want to say when it would. They offered to send the VRN-502 and refused to give the money back instead. When it came we even have to pay 12 TL for transport and found out the VRN-502 is a lousy, cheap, useless piece of Chinese rubbish. I bought a Veron because it was used in the hospital, so now I will warn them and tell about the horrible service.
