What an amazing place! We were made feel like royalty when we arrived in this wonderful place, and given a full insight into the history and methods behind the art of pottery. This place is not authentic at all. A complete tourist trap. To give you an example they charged us 85 tl for a small hot air balloon piece and claimed they were giving us a 50 percent "discount." We found the exact same piece for 30 tl elsewhere.. as well as all of the other pieces we bought for a third of the price. Even with the 50 percent "discount" the amount came out to be much higher than what you can find at other stores-literally the exact same piece.
This place has some of the most beautiful ceramics I have ever seen. It is amazing to actually see the how the craftsmen do their thing with painstaking patience to create these masterpieces.
All kind of handmade ceramic arts decorated with special Anatolian motifs. They are just beautiful but I think is quite expensive. They gave demo of ceramic making to visitors.
The ceramics here are well-crafted, exquisite workmanship and beautiful patterns. They are souvenirs that remind me of my wonderful memory in Turkey.
