• Due to the COVID-19, the number of balloon passengers is supposed to be reduced from 20 to 12; but there were around 18 passengers on our flight, plus the captain & his assistant. Moreover, the captain was not wearing a mask during the flight; and he was busy talking throughout the journey. Social distancing was definitely not observed. • Our flight duration was only 50 minutes maximum - from takeoff to landing - instead of 60 minutes. • This was our second balloon flight in Cappadocia. The first was 2.5 years ago. How was the second flight different from the first? 1. Universal Balloon did not give a Safety Orientation prior to the flight. 2. Universal Balloon did not also offer free hot tea/coffee and cookies. Needless to say, I do not recommend this company!

Leaning towards 2.5 stars here. We were promised an early brunch and champagne afterwards, none of which happened. The flight was just 40 minutes instead of 1 hour and the landing was very choppy. This is a no-thrills type of company.

We booked a Balloon tour for today, already paid in Istambul by tours agency. It was wonderful until we wake up at 4am and being waiting until now. 7:24, with no notice about if it’s going to happens or not. From my point of view, that’s not fair for customers which spend half of resting night, waiting for nothing. Sincerely, really sad because it was my birthday present from my wife. Thank you anyway.

An incredible once in lifetime experience! If you're going to try hot air ballooning this is the very best place. The city of Goreme is unique, like something out of Star Wars and the shots of at least 50 other balloons in the background makes for a special photo. Our pilot Furkan Yazgi was a legend, he took us close to the town and we had amazing views- some other balloons just hovered over rocks. The take off and landing was professional and Furkan had a friendly and fun demeanor. Highly recommended!

Płonący balon. Ogólnie lot był super mimo że startowaliśmy później niż był planowany start. Widoki zapierające dech,emocje sięgające Zenita i wysoki poziom adrenaliny szczególnie w momencie w którym byśmy się zderzyli z innym balonem (wina tamtego bo pikował na nas jak torpeda) ale nasz pilot zamiast rozglądać się to urządził sobie pogawędkę z turystami i tamtego balonu nie widział mój mąż klepnąl go w ramię i pokazał że zaraz się zderzymy z tamtym balonem ,spanikowany pilot odpalił wszystkie palniki co spowodowało do odmiany iż nasz balon zaczął się palić . Na szczęście nic się nie stało więcej kontynuowaliśmy lot i szczęśliwie wylądowaliśmy po wylądowaniu podjechały jakieś służby mundurowe i robili zdjęcia. Kamera zamontowana na balonie z której mieliśmy dostać filmik w tajemniczy sposób po wylądowaniu znikła zanim służby przyjechały.
