Highly overrated. Bad quality products with terrible service. The owners in the shop were quite rude but we decided to buy some lokum anyways reading the Google reviews. The lokum went bad in a week even with a vacuum seal though. Which is when we realised how badly we got ripped off.

If you are looking for typical handmade artisanal Turkish delights and loukoum, that’s your ultimate shop. Small and discrete shop nested in a side alleyway away for the hectic Main Street of Istiqlal. Try the double pistachio they are just amazing. It’s a family owned artisanal confectionary store with sweet owner and pleasant staff. They accept cards and they always welcome you with big smile.

This is the best Turkish delight in istanbul that I've tried, and is made by the shop itself. The owner is a real gentleman and although he doesn't speak much English he'll do his best to help you. You buy according to weight, and I found that around 200g is the perfect size for a gift. Recommended!
