Beautiful building. Very busy building. I got my Adelı Sıcıl from there, criminal report. It's from an office outside the main entrance. No need to go through the security search to got the report, it is for free. Lots of departments. Most ATM machines exist. Very organized and several information desks to help. Few tiny coffee shops and snackery. All in all good experience.

The architecture and the location of the building are well-thought and well-designed. However, this court house is like a packed shopping mall. Everybody is walking left to right with fast pace which makes it harder to get the job done. If you have a case that needs to be solved, make sure to go 2 hours ahead because you'll never know what will happen in this building and how people will treat you.

This is the place to get your Police Certificate (ARSIV KAYITLI ADLI SICIL KAYDI). Police Certificates are required by many Embassies including the US and Canada. If you are applying for a visa, you will be instructed to obtain a Turkish Police Certificate, but the Embassy won't give you a clue as to where to go to get it! You can obtain your ARSIV KAYITLI ADLI SICIL KAYDI from an office behind the main lobby and down a half level. The name above the office door is Adli Sicil. There is no fee for the certificate. Be sure that they have spelled your name correctly, before you leave. The building is gigantic, round and modern. You will find it about 1 kilometer Northwest of the Sisli Metro stop.

Tabi ki içerisi inanılmaz büyük bayağı bir yürüyüş yapabilirsiniz her blok çıkışında o bloğa ait otoparka asansörle ulaşabilirsiniz. Ben 3 veya 4 kere gittim. Herhangi bir zorluk yaşamadım. Çok kalabalık o da zaten normal kaç bölgenin adliyesi buraya bağlandı.
