It was ok on the way to Chios but on return, even though we had our boarding passes printed in Cesme, we arrived at Chios port only to find out that they did not have any ferry for return. Plus no one there to explain what is going on. We asked other ferry company staff and they said Turyol did not have any ferries scheduled for that time and day. One of them was kind enough to ask some other people where should refer to. We then found a small boot at the port and there we learned that the passengers were transferred to another company. But no one from Turyol mentioned about that at Cesme, or called us or notified by mail. Long story short, avoid this company.

Zorlayınca Sakız’daki ofisten rica edin yardımcı olsunlar dedi. Oraya gittik burdan bişey yapamayız dediler. İnternetten yazdım dönen olmadı. Müşteri odağı olmayan bi firma. Dönüşte sırf onlar kazanmasın diye başka firmayla döndüm
