Extremely mismanaged people. Our 76 year old mother cannot get the refund after her ticket had to be canceled due to Corona virus. People in the office don't have the slightest idea about the process and are giving her very difficult time. It seems they don't want to return the money. We are very disappointed in Turkish people. All of my friends have received money from other airlines for canceled tickets. It seems Turkish love the money so much that they would dare to give hard time to an elderly woman. Shame on you!

Turkish airline customer service is worst, they should learn Emirates Airline or all other airlines where they treat customer with respect. Turkish Airline need to improve customer service otherwise customer will pick other airlines. Bad food served on flight, very bad service
Clean, carefully and keeping up distance enough
Unfortunately, I have had some bad experience with Turkish Airline so I don't suggest using it to anybody. First one of my flights with Turkish Airline had about 2 hours delay and it caused I lost my meeting so it caused me too nervous and anxious. Second, my flight gate changed over and over in Istanbul Airport. So I had to run among the gates, and that was awful. Third, I had another connection flight, first flight had a delay about 1 hour and half, so I lost the second flight, and I had to stay in Istanbul that it caused I got very tired and sleepless. Forth, Istanbul airport didn't have free internet in these situation (I mean more than one hour) and I couldn’t send any messages and it caused suffering me a lot. In conclusion flying with Turkish airline was a bad experience and if you have to use it, pay attention to these problems. Best regards
I did my 1 month internship here, which was awesome experience to see How Ground Office of Turkish Airlines Operates, Personell is also very friendly everyone is so kind and helpfull only one draw back would be is location is bit off due its near a high way and not that easy to find transport here especially at 5 PM heavy traffic might be annoying, i sure recommend as good place to work or do intern if you looking for You get benefits of Using Services for transportation and Free meal at afternoon overall is great place to work (sorry no pics allowed inside building so i cant post)
The worst travel experience of my life. I hold 2 passpprts Serbian and USA, and both are full as I travel a lot. with Turskush airline i missed a connecting flight, for the first time in my life, as everyone was rude, airport is not well marked in Istambul and i had to walk through pasaport control twice and security control (for no reason just their lack of organization). at the end they suggested that I should pay for the next connecting flight. No one said \I'm sorry
They are extremely pleasant and enjoyable only when nothing happens! They damaged all 3 suitcases of our check-in baggage. At first, it was slight damage to 1 of the bags within our flight to a country of destination. And I reported a problem to an officer of a check-in desk. We asked to make some reports of damage. They refused to do it. Because it is “too small”. But when we had our return flights, they pushed me to put my signature that we have this damage before a flight! So, they simply avoided their responsibility! Then the first return flight was delayed on 2.5 hr. We were asked to go to the gates on another floor. When we came to it, I received an SMS with a notification that our 2nd flight will be 6.5 hr later. And we were lucky to know it, because those passengers who did not make any check-in, they wouldn’t be informed about such change. They didn’t offer accommodation for any passenger because in spite of being foreigners our first flight was local. Also, we were informed about some Tour Istanbul program but we also couldn’t use it. Finally, we could receive some dinner. But one of the passengers got food poisoning after it! And last but not least, THY destroyed all our suitcases and when we called their hotline support centre, they instructed us to send a complaint to their HQ. So we sent a paper complaint by post. Now THY makes an impression they didn’t receive it. Also, their representative office was closed in the airport of destination (lost&found specialist advised us to go to their office). And finally, they refused to make any compensation for delay and broken baggage! By the way, 11 passengers who were supposed to fly from İstanbul to Kherson were forced to fly to Kyiv instead! (It is another end of Ukraine! And the way to Kherson wasn’t compensated as well!)
