Sorry, but we didn't expect that service from Turkish Airlines. They changed our flights, so we were forced to stay in hotel. It was 1 hour from airport with small bus, when actually some luggages we took inside.. Hotel Green Park - The most horrible hotel!!! Almost 2 hours in line, then many people got rooms with a lot of surprises.. 1 hour from the sentre as well. At 4 am Turkish Airlines bus should pick up us, it was delayed for 20 minutes!!! Then everybody were in little shock, when came just a small bus with no space for our bags. We were 15 person!!! Driver should pass driving test, because 2 times he was driving into RED and the style of driving was horrible. Our all bags was inside, near the driver and some people kept them on the legs.

Always on time. Great service on board. Friendly in every aspect. I highly recommend it. I’ve had the pleasure to use Turkish Airlines several times,I will continue. They earned my A1 plus rating from me.
They are cancelling flights and they don't want to refund. They just offer promotional points in their fidelity plan #Hoax
Forget about getting any customer service, phones are always busy or no answer at all. If you get lucky to get an agent, he/she will be rude and uncooperative, and you can forget about getting a refund even if they cancel the flight. Ignore the low price, you will end up paying a lot more because of the problems
Worst airline and worst country. I went to USA via Turkey this August and the staff in airport in Istanbul were so rude. There was no WiFi at all. Accessing WiFi required OTP through smartphone or check email. How is an international passenger supposed to have a working cellular. You stupid things. Never flying you again. Qatar airlines is the best. i have heard god reviews from my friends. So, my next airline is Qatar and I suggest everyone do so.
If you are planning to Travel with Turkish airlines, DON'T. Flow business class along with my cat as carry on from Dubai to Colombia and transiting in Istanbul. In Istanbul they told we are sorry but another passenger booked before you for carry on. Is that my problem if the airline had an error and overbooked. They didn't give me any choice but to move my cat to cargo and they told me that I have to pay for a hard shell carrier. Second, I lost my bag at the airport and after so many emails, they told me to hire a cargo company to collect my bag. It's included in my ticket, simply they could send it on the next flight but they are so stingy and lazy. Hope you don't fall in the same trap as I did. So better don't use this airline.
Very poor boarding process and flight delayed. Everyone was standing in line and nobody respect the group boarding process. I wish the can improve and more seatings near the boarding area.
Terrible service with lots of runaround and extremely rude customer service. Trying to get you in trouble. Some turkish residents employed by this airlines are politically or racially motivated against united states citizens. Beware, avoid this airline if you can.
