Ercin consistently went above and beyond to make sure our time with Turkish Insiders was the best possible. His communication was quick and his solutions to problems were of utmost excellence. I highly recommend this travel agency. The tours are smaller-sized, the guides are honest, and the accommodations are top-notch.

Our experience with Turkey Insider was mostly a positive one. We had alot of great moments and only a few unpleasant ones. Starting with the positives first. 1. We really enjoyed and appreciated the Turkey Insider tour guides, namely Ersan & Ebrahim, their English was great, their insight and information was what more than we expected. Ersan had a fantastic sense of humor and made our experience so much more funfilled. And Ebrahim was so patient and very willing to show us more than he needed to. Thess two gentlemen were the absolute best and I think Turkey insider is very lucky to have them 2. On a more administrative side. We also enjoyed communication with Ercin. He was very quick to respond and answer any of our questions and extremely helpful. A few negatives. 1. We started our tour in Pamukkale at a hotel which didnt appear on our itinerary, where we were treated like we didn't exist and we constantly had to ask for information as everyone was advised on where they should go and what they should do but no one took the time to tell us what was going on. And in additional we had a tour guide (not sure of his name / not sure if he forms part of Turkey Insider) but he was very lazy and very disinterested. He asked everyone on the bus where they were from and I completely disregarded us and he gave almost only 3 sentences of information for the entire trip. Overall: This was a lovely experience and I would definitely use Turkey Insider again. Big Up to the Tour guides (Well done guys).
