Do not by ANY MEANS use this service!! They are the absolute worst for customer service (if you can call it that). In over 5 months of their poor service they've delivered WAY below the paid speed sometimes just averaging less than 2MBs.... they've blocked the internet twice and on the last occasion they blocked the internet for days even after providing the information IN THEIR MAIN OFFICE. The online FB support team are just as incompetent as A) they don't read customer messages and just give generic answers B) they know absolutely nothing about their stores or company ... asked once where I can pay the bill and they didn't have a clue. Most USELESS company!! Save yourself the trouble and avoid the hassle from this place.

Asla yardımcı olmadılar eşim yeni adresimiz için alt yapı talebinde bulundu. 2 aydır yeni taşındığımız adresimize altyapı için 2 ayrı ekip yönlendirdi. 2. Ekip, ilk ekibin hatasi olduğunu tekrar grlmeleri gerekli dediler kimseye ulaşamıyoruz. asla yardımcı olmuyorlar. Kimseye ulaşamıyoruz. Mevcut superonline internetimizi nakil için hala gelmeyen alt yapı ekiplerini bekliyoruz. Sesimizi duyurana kadar her mecradan şikâyetlerimizi ulaştıracağız. Asla asla asla çözüm için hiçbirşey yapmıyorlar.

Yaptığı işten bihaber bir adamla konuştum, altyapıda meydana gelen bir arızadan dolayı bize bundan fatura çıkacağını söyledi. Arıza ile ilgili hiç bir şey yapamayacağını söyledi. Üstelik bakışları ve davranışları \buraya neden geldin\ der gibiydi.
