Stephen & Ieuan have really surpassed themselves this time! We used This Is Kalkan to arrange a “big” gathering in Kalkan (LaVanta) to celebrate my 50th birthday & the guys were 1st class in terms of sorting accommodation out for c.40 people, arriving on different days, with transfers to & from the airport & event management. All we can say if you want to go to Kalkan & be looked after, speak with these guys. You won’t be disappointed.

Wow! What can I say.... We have just spent 11 days, staying in Boa Vista. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with everything we could have possibly needed. The service from This is Kalkan was phenomenal, from flexing our dates due to Covid, to the service provided on site. We will be back as soon as we can return!
Well what can I say..... Nothing is too much to ask for the guys to help. Due to Covid we had to seek alternative accommodation with the guys going out of their way to find us a lovely alternative. Whether organising transfers, boat trips, excursions or even recommending one of the many local restaurants their local knowledge of the area is second to none. When we return to Kalkan no doubt we will be in contact again. Thoroughly recommended.
We booked through This Is Kalkan for our holiday this year, a year which has been unprecedented in terms of what we are all having to face in terms of disruption. We were undecided as to whether to take the plunge and go on holiday, we kept messaging Stephen and Ieuen asking many questions about the local and general restrictions in Kalkan, travel what was open and what you can do. They always answered and always put my mind at rest. They also confirmed that my deposit would be paid back in full or could be used to secure a holiday next year if I decided not to go on holiday this year. In short nothing was a problem. This is Kalkan also organised a private transfer for my wife and I - in a very nice Merc people carrier - and they also sent over information on how to order drinks - both soft and alcoholic prior to our arrival. In short just amazing service and attention to detail that made our holiday even better than we had hoped for. Thank you Stephen and Ieuen - see you next year. Adam & Heidi
This Is Kalkan are the letting agent and we rented Villa Oceanic in La Vanta from them. We had a brilliant stay at the villa. It was wonderful and well maintained by the La Vanta staff (different to this agent). We have stayed in the resort a few times and never had any problems - it’s always been fantastic. This Is Kalkan as a letting agent was super helpful with us in the run-up to our holiday - being during the Covid crisis of 2020 - we would recommend this agent and will be looking to work with them again in the future.
Our first stay at LaVanta and we truly enjoyed our stay. Our villa was beautiful and had all necessities upon arrival. The boys at ‘This is Kalkan’ did an amazing job organising everything for us, and kept us fully up-to-speed during the Covid crisis. We will be staying again! Thank you Stephen & Leuan x
We were new to Kalkan and had entrusted our stay to two strangers Stephen and leuan we have to say what a great pair nothing was too much trouble for them from handling the booking to airport transfer (which I must add were probably the best we’ve ever had) and even going as far as to getting some shopping for our arrival. While staying they continued to make us welcome with advising on the best restaurants sorting out any trips we wanted and making sure we had a great time Looking forward to returning and using their services again
Can thoroughly recommend la vanta, beautiful views , excellent clubhouse , with fantastic pools, Villa Acacia we stayed in was first class . We were very well looked after from start to finish from start to finish , including the transfer. Loved it and shall be returning . Kevin Casey
