These houses are simply amazing. You can see very impressive frescoes and mosaics decorating some of these houses, including birds, muses, cherubines.... Theses houses are in a slope and theyare very close to the Celsus Library, inside a modern structure built to preserve them. They require an extra ticket but you can buy a combined ticket that includes entrance to the houses, the archeological place, the museum and St John’s church.

Do not visit Ephesus without going to see the terrace houses.
에페스에서 꼭 보아야 할 곳인데 이곳을 그냥 지나치는 사람들이 안타깝다. 에페스 입장료 외에 30리라를 다시 지불해야 하는 곳이지만 에페스에서 가장 잘 보존된 테라스 하우스를 상세하게 볼 수 있었다. 현재도 발굴이 진행되고 있는 곳, 단체 여행객들이 없어 더욱이나 맘에 들던 곳이었다.
Görülmesi gereken bir yer ama Efese giriş için 100 TL ( temmuz 2020) alınması üzerine bir de içerde 45 TL burası için alınması üzücü. Öğrenciler bile ücretli.
