Interesting albeit rather small display of historical Ottoman period pieces of wood, clay, writing etc. I enjoyed my time here. Bad parts: lighting is not great; the electronic displays were not working; the English translations were poor (one display said "the first spoons were made of soil" which should probably have been clay).

A beautiful insight into the cultivation of the Turkish culture. The museum has some fantastic antiques dating way back centuries ago. Weapons, home appliances, clothes, beautiful calligraphy and some great wooden sculptures adorn the place. Highly recommended for an interesting trip in Ankara.

A very interesting place to know about the cultures Turkish civilizations. I enjoyed that place a lot, and I spent more than 2 hours just looking around. This museum is full of houseware tools, weapons, furniture, traditional dresses which were used in the past in Turkey. The museum also contain a lot of the very beautiful paintings.

Good to view some art work of popular Turkish artists. The 2nd building shows some interesting details of Turkish life. The father of the Turkish Republic was laid here from his death I run he was moved to his final resting place. Well worth a visit and good views over Ankara
