Decided to get my PCR test here despite the comments. After being turned away with no explanation, I came back owing to family friends who helped me with the procedure. Interestingly enough, it was only one of the security guards on shift who spoke (wonderful) English and helped me a lot! My test was lost, however, they managed to find the results after I named the medical staff members who tested me and printed my documentation. Doctors were really gentle and was only taxed the initial 110 Turkish lira. Good professionalism which can improve. Overall satisfied.

Came here for my PCR-Test as well. Like everywhere in Turkey, nobody really speaks English BUT there was a security guard down by the Triage coming to the rescue – His English was great and he made a good effort to help me getting the test. I waited around 20 minutes, which I think is short for a hospital.

If you are a foreigner and don't speak Turkish, be prepared to be charged extra money for tests you didn't even do. Very rude and harsh staff, nobody cares about queuing, it's a mess. Pray you never get sick in this country.

Ben geçen hafta e nabız sistemi üzerinden sağlık kurulu için randevu alıp gittim. İlkez bu kadar kibar ve ilgili sağlık çalışanlarına rastladım özelikle emar ve röntgen bölümünde olan kişiler çok yardımcı oldular dr. larıda çok iyiydiler inşallah sorun çıkmadan bitirrim rapor işimizi şimdilik çok iyi:)
