A beautiful yet simple place of worship. Historic and centrally located in the heart of Istanbul.

St Esprit Cathedral is located in Istanbul/Harbiye. There is a cemetery under the cathedral and a school of minorities next to it. Iconas, statues and other things, they are all made this place magical. You should visit

One of the most beautiful cathedrals in Istanbul. It is located on the French High School. Occasionally there are classical music festivals in here. From the busy street out front you would never guess such an area of peace is so close at hand.

Alus Adam

The most beautiful church in Istanbul.

Beautiful catholic cathedral located in between Taksim and Şişli. It’s tucked away behind some buildings so may not be noticed on a casual stroll, but is definitely worth the visit.

After 3 attempts , I was finally able to attend mass in Istanbul . A beautiful church but the only snag is that their doors are open only during masses. Luckily it was also the 10am English mass, this 5th Sunday of lent. I enjoyed it . Also heard there are daily masses in French by 6pm. Try and visit here if you are in Istanbul
