Worst spa experience. Therapist rushed the treatment, slapped on cold body masque while I was lying uncovered on a mylar sheet, had me get up twice to shower rather than wiping off products with a towel, rubbed my scalp so hard it was sore for days later. Worst of all, she finished 15 minutes early, and left me in the dark room. When I complained to the front desk about the short time, there was no follow up. The steam room smelled moldy.
