Don't buy those turkish products. I have bought a solar water heater less than 5 years and they are supposed to be under warranty for 5 or 7 years. I have sent an e-mail with my bill and they never replied. Before, it was the same, they say they are never faulty and they usually don't provide any warranty for their clients what my seller told me. They find reasons not to repair under warranty. This company is not serious and doesn't care at all about their clients. Never buy from them if you want a good after sales.
