This was a great place to visit. It is filled with adventure. Just hiking around the caves can really work up a sweat. There are ancient christian churches that still exist in these caves. The area is very hot so wear comfortable clothes and comfortable shoes. Don't visit without sunglasses. I haven't tried it myself but you can take a hot air balloon over the Cappadocia caves.

SEWER Cave Room # 107 Do NOT stay in this apt. ! The Hotel itself is good, easy access, we paid for a “Cave Room”, turned out it was a small “Cave room” but it was cozy. The problem was the STINKY sewer smell from the bathroom and from the tiny kitchen in the apartment, we covered the wholes but it annoyed, bothered us way to much to that high price for it and having to put up with the stinky odor coming from everywhere in this room! We were pissed, frustrated ... In the morning I spoke to the manager and he had us transfer to a “Stone apartment” it was not the Cave but to make up for the chaotic experience, we were given an upgrade and the next one was GREAT! The jacuzzi in the room was awesome, the apartment was bigger and very cozy! We were happy!! Breakfast was ok, good but nothing really special... The employees were weird! Not friendly at all! There was this lady pathetically tried to justify the “ STINKY SMELL “ by saying: The Cave apartments are old ... and it is what is ... that was rude, pathetic and stupid! NOBODY is supposed to pay a lot of money and feel like you’re inside a “SEWER”. Mix thoughts about this Hotel !!? :-/ Good thing, 4 min walking to the Downtown Center shops and restaurants!

An awesome and lovely place to stay overnight with those beautiful skyline, scenic landscape and unique formation. A balloon flight would complete the satisfaction!

Whatever the cost (yes expensive at 300 CDN per person), it is worth every penny. A view like no other

This is breathtaking and amazing. We had 2 days here but I thing you need at least 4. There is so much to see and the balloon ride is amazing so book in advance. They are weather dependent so hopefully you have time to get your ride in. The day before us was cancelled do-to weather. This is truly a magical place
