I would normally rent a car from a big international brand but wanted one I could pick up in central bodrum. I was a bit worried by some negative reviews but my experience was great and the value for money amazing. The car was dropped at my hotel exactly at the arranged time, the man that delivered it was very pleasant and professional and the car exactly as described. I had to pay the deposit in cash as I only had a debit card or Amex and they wanted a visa or MasterCard credit card or cash which I was initially nervous about despite it being a relatively small amount 75. I need not have worried as the same person was at airport departures at the agreed time and gave me the deposit cash back with no issues at all. I’d highly recommend this firm and will be happy to use them again.

Best online reservation system in town
Very happy from start to end. Booking the car was easy. Office support was very good. Pick up and drop of was fast and without hassle. I strongly recommend.
I booked this company to rent a car for my family this holiday and it was the WORST decision I have ever made. Firstly, they dropped the car off with absolutely no gas in the engine, we were lucky enough to make it to the gas station. Secondly, the car stopped working during our stay and when we called them they tried to blame it on us! The man came looking around the car to check for things we had supposedly broken. In doing so he found he found that the break wasn’t properly working, can you imagine I have a 7 year old child sitting in the back seat. Finally we asked if as compensation for the mal rude treatment we could keep the car till the end of the day instead of giving it back in the morning, but no they had to make our lives more difficult by damanding the car be given back at 2pm, which has now taken up our whole day. Overall this was one of the worst customer services I have ever experienced. It is overpriced for what it is and you can defiantly find cheaper nicer services across bordrum who offer fictional cars.

Rent a car firmalarinda 2 yada maksimum 3 yasinda araclar olur diye bilirdim ancak bana verdiginiz i20 2015 model 50 bin km de dokuluyordu.Lastiklerin uretim tarihide 2015 ti bunu firmaya belirttigimde araci teslim eden beyefendiden zaten bodrumda hiz yapamazsin her yer trafik lambasi bise olmaz boyle idare edin seklinde geri donus aldim :) F/P olarak hic memnun kalmadim bir daha ki sefere daha kurumsal bir firma tercih edecegim.
Bodrumda bu firmadan başka araç kiralama yapmayın, daha önce baska firmalardan arac kiraladım dilim çok yandı, bu firma ile 3 yıldır çalışıyorum ve personeller çok ilgili e(mk)lerinize sağlık
