1. Low-İQ management staff. Ineffective communciation systems/platforms. Disgusting personel attitude toward women and foreigners. 2. Gambling station for gangsters inside the so called ‘avm’ with extremely unpleasant noises echoing the corridors. 3. Corona center at the ‘dance club’ on the first floor with no measures nor precautions. 4. Unprofessionalism quite wide spread. The view of this apartment is good. Its an open area, not like all the other buildings in Istanbul. There is a playground for children although it can turn into a fight platform for parents where the police may get involved now and then.
