The worst hospital ever to make a covid test!! No social distance while waiting in the row, nobody who tells you which steps to do, and worst employees they could put there, unfriendly and not knowing how to treat people. They do not talk any foreign language there even though a lot of people (non Turkish speaking) go there to make the test for getting out of turkey. While waiting there, a man got his positive (!) result and was only told to go home in quarantine. He stayed there in the row waiting for another person - again no distance and no employee who told him to get away there!!! Do the test anywhere but at Şişli Etfal, if you want to stay virus free after the testing process and want to protect your psychical health.. The woman who registered us was incapable to register both of us, only one of us and when you ask for looking after your registration, they tell you to wait and do nothing!!! Then they found out, that it was her fault and that one persons name wasn't in the list. You wait there for nothing and are treated like stupid for asking!!!!!!! Unbelievable how incapable a hospital and it's employees can be!

if you are planning to do the PCR test dont choose this hospital no social distancing nothing they dont care at all . and if you call them they wont answer and when they do they will close the line ASAP worst hospital in all Istanbul

Well this is an Government Hospital and offers you free treatment if you have SGK! But service wise it is not as expected!

If i could give them a ZERO i would! They don’t even deserve the one star!! The people working in the hospital have no manners, they yell at the patients. I saw a man with pain talking to the receptionist and she started yelling at him! Bad service and bad treatment, the receptionist thinks she owns the hospital! So rude, no humanity!
