Location of Saray Muhallebicisi is excellent. I enjoyed looking crowded people walked around the Spice Bazaar, New Mosque, crossed between Galata Bridge. Lively Istanbul! Food and beverage here are tasty and prices are a little bit high, but it's okay for its location.

The desert mememen (cheese pastry) was fresh and delicious! The Turkish coffee was hot and strong (my spoon was standing in the coffee, just kidding). The location was in one of hearts of Istanbul and close to the train. The dining room was spacious and modern. The restrooms were clean and both genders were allowed to use them, compared to other tourist attractions that only offered male restrooms. The staff spoke reasonable English and were professional. The prices were the same as a typical Western European cafe (e.g. Starbucks).

It's good restaurant i like it, delicious food, appetizers and coffee&tea in addition to a nice view on the street and there is inside lounge.
