Because it has the best eyes doctor I've ever seen in Istanbul

Always congested. Some doctors, especially Gynecologists are not professional. When there are a crowd of women waiting in a long queue, the doctor lets three or four patients to enter so she see them all together and write them the same prescription. Can you imagine that!!!
