As all building projects go nothing runs as planned or perfect, But Mehmet form Resort Property Turkey in Belek has been with us 100% of the way (don’t worry leave it to me his standard phrase ) and true to his word he has worked endlessly to correct all the issues that you can expect on a new build project. We are very happy with our new villa and all the support we have received from and will continue to receive from Mehmet and Resort Property Turkey through the warranty period and beyond. Based on our dealings I can honestly recommended them if you’re looking to purchase a home in Turkey and Mehmet is a true salesman in all ways full of enthusiasm nothing is to much trouble and his help and assistance in the buying and documentation side gave us great peace of mind

Sadly not ... The Best Agent in Turkey (and maybe even the world) Review amended due to poor service post contract. This was my initial impression. What an absolute pleasure doing business with Mehmet who did a site call (since I was unable to fly back to Antalya for a few weeks), kept me updated with progress videos, picked me up from the airport and put me on a flight back :) and in between, we concluded a sale - in around 30 minutes and that was largely due to the fact that Mehmet is a consummate professional who can read his clients and bends over backwards to accommodate them. I will not even consider working with another agent/agency. I have bought a few properties - but no deal was as sublime and effortless as this one. Last but not least, Mehmet does not PUSH a sale - the client does not in any way feel pressured. Buy through Mehmet and you will never go wrong. Sadly ... This is my current view : The deal turned out to be very problematic with a five month delay snd poor communication with the agent. Delays happen but it's imperative and expected that a professional agent will deal with the situation rather than ignoring messages for weeks. As a client, one should not have to BEG an agent to respond to messages. It's basic etiquette. I've downgraded my experience, not because of the delay, but the ineffective communication which became borderline rudeness. If Resort Property wants to play with the big players in the property market, they need to up their game. All fur ... no knickers at this point Communication is key.
