It is not a five stars hotel, but the termal water was great. The food was not so good. In the aquapark area the music was so loud..

Great massage and clean hotel but our key card didn’t work and we had to go downstairs so many times to reset it. The lifts took so long to come. Not enough lifts for the number of guests. Dinner and breakfast was a nightmare. They really need to have some rules/consequences for people wasting food. It was shocking how much people would take and leave. Food wasn’t that great either.

Super friendly staff. Delicious food. Only problem I had with the Hotel is that it needs some extra maintenance, for example at the swimming pool. Also some stuff simply wouldnt work, like the magic shower. Outside of that, for the price that you actually pay, it's quite decent.
