R&R Roasters completely criminal company. I purchased a 15 kg from them to a good offer, 8000 USD but roaster never works. ( broken drum shaft, burned electric motors, gas leaks... many problems) Kaan never responds our service demands. All positive reviews here done by himself. DONT BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM. Do not hesitate for further info from me.
This company's website full with false information. "Our team's first goal which has 15 years sophistication on coffee roasting machine is customer satisfaction." This is not correct and Kaan have attempted to do a scam on us. Do not make any transaction without receiving products first.
I appreciate their hospitality. Thanks for the machine and aftersales service. We found here what we are looking for.
