Basically only go there if you are Russian or Turkish. English people are not welcome. The person (male) who works there was very rude and denied service just because I am not Turkish. Reply to your response- you clearly did not read ur Instagram DM. I was saying on the phone check Instagram for this exact reason- so translation can be used! I am not unreasonable, I am in a foreign country and don’t expect everyone to speak English. But I also did not expect the guy to hang up the phone on me so rudely. I can also see that you blocked me on Instagram too. Very professional. Bravo!

I can truly say that I have received the best manicure and pedicure at PrimaDonna salon. Irina is very professional and insures that work she does is perfect every time. You feel relaxed and never rushed. I highly reccomend this salon who is looking to receive impeccable service and beautiful design. If I could take Irina with me to the States, I would :)
