The communication with the Patient Coordinator’s was so friendly, patient and efficient. On arrival, they greet you so warmly and put you at ease, they are aware of your treatment and liaise with the Doctors. I noticed at Premium Dental, you are never sent anywhere, you are accompanied, introduced and always clear on what is happening. The free transfers arrangement is such a great idea. The service makes such a contribution to your treatment and relieves the stress of any travel arrangements between the airport and treatments, you quickly realise the value of the service. I have nothing but heaps of praise and compliments for the Doctors that worked on the different stages of my treatment. I am so impressed with their work. They explain your treatment to you with care and they are nothing short of geniuses. These Doctors changed my smile and other treatment will contribute to good health. Their skill, speed and quality of work. together with their attentiveness to me as a patient was outstanding. My experience at Premium Dental Turkey was amazing, I do not hesitate to recommend them.

The facility itself is SO clean and the staff is super nice and hands on. They want to make sure you’re happy 100% before you leave. Best decision I ever made.
The most important aspect of Premium Dental Turkey is they only work with specialists, not some regular dentists. Their dental team consists of experienced oral surgeons and prosthodontists. Even a Consultation with a dentist that experienced would cost me a fortune in the UK if I were lucky enough to get an appointment in such short notice. Do not think you found a cheaper quote for the same treatment at another clinic in turkey since the dentists create the whole difference. You can choose the best product and the best material however if your dentist is not experienced or qualified enough, the end result and the longevity of the dental treatments would be debatable. Once again thank you very much for the professionalism. It was a great experience and I could not recommend them enough.

Absolutely brilliant stuff from start to finish, exceeded all my expectations. The best doctors I've ever met, you really feel taken care of and at ease. The place is as clean as can be, great material used, up to date technology and fantastic facilities. I especially wanted to thank the Patient Coordination Maddy who was really amiable and efficient and kindly suggested I stay longer even after my treatment was finished, as there was no point to go to the airport that early. Second biggest thank you goes to Doctor Ismail who took care of my teeth. He is a miracle-worker and I couldn't be more happy and impressed with his work. He was also extremely attentive to every detail, very patient with answering all my questions and explaining everything he was doing step by step. A real genius I must say and a truly warm person. The rest of the staff is professional and friendly, I really couldn't ask for more. I can't recommend this place enough, please don't look any further!
Absolutely amazing, Credit to Maddy and Dr Ismail My teeth were very bad however left it for so long as I was petrified of dentists. Got recommended this place and thought I’d try it out. The team Maddy was really lovely And fantastic, she makes sure you have support 24/7 really made me feel at ease. The dentist was amazing No pain at all and really took all the worry and fear out of me. I have amazing new teeth and my confidence has gone from 0 to 100 Would recommend to anyone, thank you so much for all your hard work x
