Awesome palce to spend it with family. Great experience with everything. A lot of things you can do here. Great aquapark. Very good coffee. Food wasn't the best, but as everywhere. Beach was nice too. Every evening was some new event, new party. Maybe will come for more, thanks.

An amazing place to be in. We have no idea as to other hotels in the area, yet this one provides you everything at the highest level. They organised an event in which there were at least 500 people and everything has been considered in details, so we had an amazing weekend with my wife. All of the staff were lovely and hospitable. They are more cautious than the guests by which we have been impressed; all of them had masks and sanitisers were everywhere in the complex. Housekeeping department cleans the surfaces with bleachers at certain times during your visit. The only negative thing I can say is about their main courses, they could have been a bit more tasty, however the deserts were excellent. You should definitely try this place

Wonderful resort. There is everything you need to spend a nice vacation with your family; outdoor pools, indoor pool, water slides for both adults and children, beach, sauna, Turkish bath, steam room, and a spa. The food, patisserie, ice-cream and sushi are very tasty. The staff are all friendly and hard working.

Average overall quality: There were spider webs all around the room. The air conditioner was not cooling (reminder: this is one of the hottest cities in Turkey). Foods were good and staff was very friendly. The hotel is really distant to the city center. Particular to my stay, the room scene was so boring (I had to watch a dead bird on the roof).

It depends on what you want, it depends on what expectatio.you have! Clean, child friendly, good food (seafood, chicks,fish every day) ice cream Algida, Movenpick, beer Tuborg, Corona, Miller, Wine . Shows good, not very good.

It is not a kind of Turkish service quality hotel. Turkish staff was helpful and solving problems but they are in minority among all staff. Employees were mostly from Kazakhstan, Kirghizstan and they even do not know how to serve Turkish national drink(Rakı) Animation was very weak (except concerts) Every evening it was scheduled to start at 21:30 which is late for families with kids and moreover they have never started on time. Food quality was poor as well, almost nothing was tasty and always were queues for main dishes. Housekeeping was weak too, room was not cleaned even at 14:00 and minibar was filled only twice during 6 days. So overall it was clear that hotel has problems about management and you feel it as tourist. Furniture in the room was enough and good but they did not have all toiletries as other hotels around do. Also the door of toilet and bathroom was terribly designed. Hotel is close to the town and you can reach center easily. The best side of hotel was good quality drinks and ice cream was served. Sea was standart for the area. It was very nice of them to decorate the table for dinner and send a cake to room for birthday. Finally, I would not like to advice the hotel anyone unless you are not fan of high level drinks.

Very good hotel but have a big problem with windows and smel into the room. Noises is everywhere in the room and smell in very bad. i hope that revolve this problems. The services in very good.
