Here I had my last meal in Istanbul before departing for Dhaka. It was almost midnight. Food was warm and good tasting, though I am not used to the kind of spice the Turkish people use in the chicken fries. Reasonable price. Friendly staffs.

You can get free food meal with turkish airlines if your transit is 12 hours or more and redeem here. I had the mix buckets with a friend which was enough for both of us. Food is really good here. Payment accepted by cash and card.
The food is worthy compared to the price, portion and quality of the food with the other food places available in the airport. Fried chicken pieces were hot, cruncy and moist. Fries were so so. The drinks were watery. For two people the food was enough for us. The bucket costs 12.20 euros ( 2 original chicken, 4 hot wings, boneless chicken, 2 fries, 2 drinks). Popeyes is in Yemek Alanları Food Court. The sitting area is open, cleaned and with good view.
I have never seen a restaurant so badly managed in my life. 6 people behind the counter including the manager made 2 mistakes in my order of a simple cheeseburger menu. They ran out of ketchup and mayo (how can this happen in a fastfood? :D) so the manager in his poir english told me to go to Sbarro next door and ask for the sauces..
look at what you get. what I got was constantly undercooked food even after returning it. it wasn't even cooked to brown, was left yellow.

Doesn’t even deserve a star. Terrible food - served cold. Cold fries. Cold chicken. Cold everything. This is in fact a disgrace to the Popeyes name - as I know how good this food can be. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone has food poisoning from this food. Get your act together Popeyes ( IST airport)!
