We took the Turkish night show cruise with dinner and performances. We paid 50 euros for the cruise per person with alcohol. The boat was average. Our greeting into the boat was chaotic and lines long. We had no choice of seating and they just crammed the 2 of us on a table between 2 couples. When they tried to seat 2 more people all of us revolted as they would have never fit. We noticed there were empty tables later and wondered why they did that. The food was insufficient and below average. They refused extra food to a guest at my table. The shows were nice and we're the saving grace of the cruise. Istanbul was gorgeous at night. The cruise was badly organised and staff were inadequately trained and inattentive. We had people on the boat who had negotiated and paid a lot less. I wouldn't recommend this cruise as it was a ripoff with bad food and even worse management. I would give it zero stars if I could. All people at my table were complaining.

We are a couple and we did the pemere tour at night for 3 hours. The package with unlimited alcohol was initially in the leaflet 70 euros and for the unlimited soft drinks 50. A guy on the street that was advertising said he will leave it to us for 50 and 35 respectively. We decided to go to the actual meeting point 15 minutes before the boat leaves and the guy that was letting people in said immediately 40 and 25 euros. Maybe it was because it was last minute but I feel like if we had asked him for a better price he would put it even less. So DON'T JUST PAY THE PRICE ON THE LEAFLET. The put us on a table with other people which we didn't mind. It is very busy. If you want privacy don't go. The food was cold and not that that good. BUT the entertainment was really nice, there was a really nice atmosphere and the views of the land are amazing. So I really feel like for the money we paid in the end it was really worth it.
Booked the tour and pick up service but no one came to our hotel to pick us up. We waited for 30min after which we called and the just told us to wait the driver is on the way. After waiting for 50 more minutes and calling a second time they said that the driver couldn't find us and the tour wasn't possible anymore..No apology nor anything, the guy on the phone was really rude. We then did the tour on the day afterwards going on our on. The food was normal- bad (everything was cold) and the so called shows were just poor... Overall definitely not worth the money.
It was the worst experience we have ever had. To begin with, our hotel made the reservation and when we asked if we could pay they told us payment is handled at the boat itself.. we asked if we can pay by card and they said yes. Once we arrived, the payment process started and we were told if we don't have cash, we would be charged 18% government tax which ended up being the same amount of one person tour. When we argued that we asked the hotel and no one informed us we could have brought cash with us and said we will leave, all if a sudden the man said 'it's ok i will not charge you'... which clearly was a complete scam. Once paid and seated, we were given cold starters that looked like it has been out all afternoon, small bits of cold coleslaw, one piece of fried chicken nugget, one piece of fried cheese stick, and more cold coleslaw. The so called main course that followed was as bad which was an option of fish, chicken or meat. Even the soft drink was poured and served ... it was a complete waste of time, money and ruined the whole bosphorus experience for us. I highly recommend that no one in their right mind use this tour.
Am on cruise at moment & air conditioning not working. Comlained 5 times to manager who was rude to tell that air conditioning can't be repaired. Very poor customer service.Also first to report on boat but given a farther seat from stage though bookings done months ago. Very unprofessional . AVOID.

Ilk başta herşey güzel gözüküyordu. Bilet satışında herşey hızlı gecti. Gemiye binince bize verilen yer en arka sıradandı. Yemekler gemi kalktıktan 1 saat sonra geldi ve o süreye kadar cay da icme imkanı yoktu. Yemekler güzeldi ama o saate kadar beklemişiz, keşke biraz daha verilseydi. Dans ekibini izleme fırsatımız olmadı cünkü herkes ayaktaydı. Hic birşey tam organize değildi ve bu sorunun geminin full olma sebebinin olduğunu söylediler. Oysa yanımızdan gecen gemiler daha organize haldeydiler. Calışanları cok dürüst ama bu yorumum herşeyi organize eden müdüre. Bizim icin bu sorundan dolayı birşeyler yapacaktı ama dışarı cıktığımız anda bize otel'e servis konusunda bile dalga gecer halindeydi. Istediğiniz kadar müşteriniz olsun, müşteri ayırt ettikten sonra, biryerden sonra siz kaybedersiniz.
