I had the worst experience ever here. I bought a pack of Cigarette for my dad, i found out 2 mins after purchasing that the brand that I got was a wrong brand and the correct one was at the same price. The manager refused to offer an exchange saying that they do no have any exchange policy. It's has to be the worst duty free I have ever visited out of the 136 countries I have visited.
