This garage is not reliable at all, be careful! It took them 3 weeks to repair my car after an accident, and it was a very small damage. Two tires were damaged in a way, that they had to be replaced. I asked them two times, if they are able to get the same tires as installed, and they said \YES\. When I picked up the car they have installed summer-tires of a different brand, which makes no sense since there were BFG AllTerrain heavy duty tires installed. After one day driving, we heard some strange noise when passing the speed bumps. When checking the underneath, we found 4 screws of the main skid plate missing. In addition we discovered a bracket, which was originally installed somewhere underneath the car, just laying on a travers. I am still waiting for the pictures of the damaged parts, which they promised me to send via email (I need the pictures for the insurance refunding). Therefore be careful: THIS GARAGE IS NOT RELIABLE!!!

Daha önce aracimin 10 bin bakimi icin Nissan Gerçek ve 20 bin bakim için Nissan Gülan yetkili servislerinde araç bakımı ve bir kaç işlemlerini yatırmıştım ama maalesef hiç memnun kalamadım hele ki Nissan Gerçek tam bir facia nasıl yetkili bayilik almış insan hayret ediyor serviste gittiğinizde danışmalar yüzüne daha bakmıyor müşteri temsilcisi gerek yuz yuze gerekse telefon uzerinden sorunu bildirme rağmen biz halledicegiz daha duyarlı olmaları için gerekli çalışmaları yapacağız dediler ama daha sonra bakim harici araç ılgili sorunlardan dolayı servise gittigimde ayni vurdum duymaz tavira devam ediyorlardı ve beni rahatsiz etmişti 30 bin bakım için Nissan Mar tercih ettim servis danışmanı olan İlhan bey güler yüzlü,özverili çalışması beni inanilmaz mutlu etti kendisine çok Teskkuredrm. Servisi kullanıcak olan arkadaşlara tevsiye ederim.
