NOT recommend, I have rented a car about a week ago, the car was nice but when I left the car he asked me for the cleaning fee of 30 Tl and also this new car had an extra EDblu tank and the renter said that a person who rents a car must pay for that, I asked some other car renter and they said that it is not TRUE, I paid 65 TL for 5-liter EDBLU which usually each liter is for 1000 km, my total journey was about 900 km. so before you rent a car check with him and know about this hidden fee as well. also, be aware that when they say full insurance it does not mean any issue and they will possibly charge you if you have an accident (even a little crash ) they will ask you for some money.

Çok anlayışlı ve ilgililer. Arabalarıyla ufak bir kaza yaptık ama asla tepkili yaklaşmadılar. Hasar olmasına rağmen bize yüklemekten çok kendileri ilgilenip,süreçle ilgili sürekli bilgilendirdiler. Araba tadilatta iken kalma parası talep etmediler. Önce canınız diyerek çok anlayışlı davrandılar. Gerçekten tekrardan Mutlu Bey'e ve çalışma arkadaşlarına teşekkür ederim. Herkese öneriyorum. İşlerini hakkıyla yapan nadir firmalardan.
Bereits das zweite Jahr gebucht bei Mutlu Rent a car und wieder vollstens zufrieden! Preis Leistung kann man nicht übertreffen. Man wird vom Flughafen mit dem Mietwagen abgeholt, wird zum Büro gefahren. Dort wird der Vertrag gemacht und schon kann man los. Ich kann es jedem mit einem reinem Gewissen weiter empfehlen. Es kommt oft vor das man als Tourist ausgenutzt wird, hier ist es jedoch absolut nicht der Fall.
