Tribble place. We had two 2-bed apartments. One had wifi and the other didn't. One had no English channels the other one had one English news channel, one had no kettle, the other had very limited kitchen equipment. Had to keep going to office and ask for different thing. and staff don't speak english at all. And we had cockroaches crawling out in the evening.
I totally enjoyed my little stay at this apartment everything was really good. I had no issue whatsoever. It was a pleasure staying at moonlight residence.

This was the worst hotel I have stayed at in my life. They advertise on the website that has a beach at the front (lie), you need to take the long journey to find a rocky beach. The hotel said it has free wifi, I am still trying to connect my phone and did not get anything. The hotel has no suitable place for a breakfast and lunch. The hotel does not offer any room service day. We waited 2 hours after check in to get into dirty room, no toilet paper, no linens for my child, with dirty towels. I was very disappointed because the price was not cheap, and the staff does not speak anything in English and nothing around the hotel is written in another language. I think this country is wonderful and with a welcoming people but all hotels should be prepared to receive the tourists, at least with the minimum of dignity that we as consumers deserve.
Worst place to stay, firstly we booked online a 4 bedroom villa, when we arrived they had already cancelled our stay even though we were picked up from the hotel they made us pay the exact same price for the two bedroom, secondly they offered us a two bedroom even though we were 9 people, the villa had many problems within itself, they didn’t have everything they said they had. I would not even recommend this place to my worst enemy. These people are scammers, on the last few days they tried to kick us out a day early even though we had paid for an extra day and they tried to call the police on us.
We booked an Duplex AP which was very nice but not clean at all. I asked at the reception if I can get cleaning stuff cause in the bathroom was still dirty. The man at the reception sent the cleaning lady and she just rinsed the shower with hot water and left. So I cleaned by myself. The air conditioning wasn't not working and we asked many times for a hair dryer which we never got. The swimming pool is nice and big. The area is not nice and far away from city center and beach.
I enjoyed my time at Moonlight Residence. The apartment was well-kept and has pretty much everything one needs for a short or extended stay. They offer a free shuttle bus to the beach but I never used it - it's not too long a walk and it's a walking is a good way to enjoy the neighborhood and people. There's a bus stop nearby; I got an AntalyaKart (public transit card) so I could hop on a bus or minibus and get all over Antalya with relative ease. The apartment is in a residential neighborhood and it is very safe and secure. Cleaning is once weekly. All in all, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.
