Love this store...I've been shopping here for 3 years & never have I had an issue with customer service, my orders or delivery. Recently I bought a large order due to being pregnant and needing clothes that fit but are Islamically in good taste & stylish. I noticed my shipment was delayed beyond usual schedule and called customer service. The gentleman that answered the phone was thorough and professional. He looked into the matter and gave me my updated shipping date as well as information as to why my shipment was delayed, which was because one of my items was being ordered from one of their warehouses. When it arrived for packaging they notated that it was not good quality and notified me in an email of why it would not be shipped. Immediately they dispatched my remaining items, gave me a refund and added an extra gift in my boxes with an apology letter. To me, this was above & beyond but was highly appreciated. I would make two suggestions for the website: 1) some of the brands sold are not as good of quality as others. Why can't customers rate the items they buy? I rarely had an issue with quality but a few things I have bought over the years can't be washed or else they get shredded, even on delicate cycle. They are more dry clean only. Which leads me to the second suggestion... 2) adding care instructions and material information on the tag. There are no care instructions on any of the clothes and this may be helpful in keeping the items in good condition and available for more wear than two times.

It was over priced, what was suppose to be 30% discount ended up being 30% extra by puting another label on top of the original with the discounted price. If you see double labeled price, peal the one on top and it will show the original price. Plus it didn’t had any of the online clothings, I wouldn’t buy again from the store.
